We had the pleasure of moving into our newly constructed 5500 square foot dental office last week. Our project was completed in eleven months from initial visit to receipt of certificate of occupancy due to the commitment to a strict timeline, strong design-assist method of management, and the utilization of the best subcontractors available.

Our initial meeting with Owner Norman Chambliss, Ill and Vice President Chris Dougherty was the only meeting we needed to confirm that we wanted Chambliss & Rabil Contractors to be our builder for our new dental office. Their presentation was head and shoulders above any presentation we received from any other contractors that we interviewed for our project, and the level of integrity they were able to project allowed us to feel comfortable hiring them.

During the building process we worked closely Mr. Dougherty, he served in the capacity of site manager, and the level of professionalism he provided throughout the project was unmatched. He provided weekly written and visual reports indicating the progress of our project. Regardless of his work schedule he made himself available to tend to any concerns we may have had with the project.

Although we have only been in our new space for a week; we truly believe we made the best decision in hiring Chambliss & Rabil Contractors to supervise the construction of our new office.
