I cannot say enough how highly I regard and recommend Chambliss &Rabil and Chris Dougherty.  This was our second time building an office and the customer service and communication were outstanding.  When we first met Chris he was unassuming, professional, and friendly.  The level of customer service was outstanding.  We always felt Chambliss & Rabil had our best interest at heart.  Chris was easily accessible and responsive.  His weekly emails, pictures, and any changes that needed to be made were prompt.  No concern was too little.

We were moving from one location to another and so the level of stress transiting our office was a major concern.  The time line needed to be met and Chris made it happen.  Chris selected a site manager that would fit us the best and he helped us at every step.  Chris’s input was not limited to quality of construction but esthetics, design, and cost analysis.

I cannot say enough how grateful we were to have someone like Chris and his team taking care of us.  Anyone that chooses to work with Chambliss & Rabil will be getting the best construction team but also a lifelong relationship to their commitment to service and care.
